My friend and colleague, Mayra, is leaving our division for a similar position still within the university; it's different in that it's closer to her home and it pays more - how can you say no? The folx that work with her directly are super bummed she's leaving and so am I not only because she's a fabulous woman but also because she always laughs at my jokes, bless her little cotton socks!
