Dream a little dream
So’s house was a mansion, massive, carpeted from ceiling to floor in every room. Swirling colors of browns, reds and terracotta. Her husband was on the phone ignoring us as we walked through the cavernous rooms; most of which were sparsely decorated and with little or no furniture, we later learned the house was up for sale. So’s daughters were beautiful and I suspected they lured Loc and Ret into some deep recess of the mansion for I lost sight of them almost as soon as we arrived. I despaired as I went from room to room searching for my friends only to come up with empty corridors echoing my own footsteps.
